Reset your password

  • We email a link that lets you set a new password.
  • The link expires in 1 hour and can only be used to reset your password.
  • For your safety, we show the same message whether or not the email has an account.
  • Nothing arrives if the address is not registered with us.
  • Only emails from support@eridelist.com.au are really from us. eRideList will never ask for your password in chat, SMS or a call.

Email address

  • Enter the exact email address you used when you registered.
  • Check it carefully for typos, such as a missing letter or the wrong ending (.com, .com.au).
  • If you signed up with Google or Facebook, use that email address, or log in with that button instead.
  • Not sure which email you used? Try your other addresses.
  • We only send the link to an address registered with us, so a wrong address means no email arrives.
